Bookings & Payments

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your event date and confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed schedule prior to the event. Late or incomplete payments may result in cancellation or withholding of services. Additional charges may apply for overtime, extended hours, special equipment, or last-minute changes requested by the client.

Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation policies, including refund eligibility, will be defined at the time of booking. Deposits are generally non-refundable due to the reservation of time and resources. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of DJ ASIM, subject to availability.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details including date, time, venue, and schedule. The client must ensure the venue has adequate space, proper electrical supply, and safe conditions for equipment setup and performance. Any required permits, licenses, or venue permissions must be obtained by the client in advance.

Performance Conditions

DJ ASIM reserves the right to perform under safe and suitable conditions. If the environment is deemed unsafe, illegal, or inappropriate, services may be paused or terminated without liability. The client is responsible for maintaining appropriate behavior of guests and ensuring no damage is caused to equipment or personnel.

Limitation of Liability

DJ ASIM shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services or this website. This includes, but is not limited to, delays caused by traffic, weather, power outages, technical failures, or issues related to third-party vendors or venues.
